Jay is a successful entrepreneur and business leader. Prior to joining EdenTree, he served as President, COO and Director of Calypte Biomedical, a publicly traded HIV diagnostic company. While at Calypte Biomedical, Jay helped to raise over $25 million in both equity and debt financing as well as restructuring operations and strategic direction, dramatically increasing market capitalization for shareholders. Prior to Calypte, Jay was a founder and CEO of NameSafe, a venture funded start-up, which developed security and privacy applications for financial institutions, including Capital One Financial and American Express. Other work endeavors include LEK Management Consulting, where Jay focused on Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as Pacific EyeNet, a venture-funded Physician Practice Management Company focused on acquiring Ophthalmology practices where he served as VP of Mergers and Acquisitions. Jay has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

Roberta co-founded EdenTree Technologies in 2002, after holding Vice President and Director level roles in marketing and business development at a range of large and small data communications and telecommunications companies. During her twenty years of experience in the communications networking industry, she has been a key contributor in bringing to market award-winning solutions from market-leading companies in the test and measurement space, including Spirent Communications, Hewlett-Packard (Agilent), and Network General. Ms. Gonzalez has traveled extensively throughout the US, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Latin America delivering technical seminars and evangelizing products and technologies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Duke University in Durham, NC.

John Klemm brings over ten years of experience in test and measurement sales to EdenTree. At Ixia for over five years, he most recently served as Director of Sales in the North East, but also held key positions for Ixia in the Southwest territory and managing major accounts such as Cisco Systems. Prior to Ixia, John held sales positions with Spirent Communications, Radcom and Boeing. John holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Fred joined EdenTree in 2006, after holding a Vice President of Services role at RightsLine. Prior to RightsLine, Fred held key management roles at Vodafone, AirTouch Communications, PacTel Cellular, Xerox and Computer Sciences Corporation. During his twenty-seven years of experience in the telecommunications, manufacturing and software industries Fred has driven the development and implementation of innovative systems and services. He has been recognized with numerous awards and commendations for superior service delivery. Fred has traveled extensively throughout the US, Europe, Asia and Australia, implementing and launching new products and services. Mr. Oliver graduated from Michigan State University and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Loyola-Marymount University.
