Company Announces B Round Funding

EdenTree Technologies, Inc. (EdenTree), a California-based developer of solutions that enable complete infrastructure automation of technology laboratories and networks, has closed its Series B Preferred Stock financing with $3 million in equity funding.

This financing, which closely follows a July 15th closing of a $1.5 million Series A financing, will fund EdenTree's on-going efforts to enhance the functionality of its already launched Connect_ET® solution, and to expand the company's operational infrastructure to support its revenue growth plans. The financing, led by Harvey and Linda Vechery, came from private investors who also participated in the company’s A Round funding.

“EdenTree’s pioneering technology and the potential impact on high-technology laboratories provided a good investment for the Vechery Family Trust. We believe EdenTree's management team and their foresight and direction will make EdenTree a leader in this new industry,” said Mr. Vechery.

EdenTree‘s solutions are focused on automating and optimizing the 2000+ networking equipment labs in the United States. The company’s flagship product, Connect_ET, is a client/server software application that controls cable switching, allowing laboratory resources to be managed, accessed, switched, reserved, monitored, and controlled securely from remote locations or from scripts, resulting in maximized use of resources and a fully-automated lab environment.
