EdenTree Deploys Connect_ET System In Spirent Communications Sales Demo Laboratory
EdenTree Technologies announces that Spirent Communications™ (NYSE: SPM; LSE: SPT) has deployed its Connect_ET system to enhance Spirent’s advanced sales demonstration capabilities. Connect_ET is a client/server software application that controls an automated cable switcher, allowing test lab resources to be managed, accessed, switched, reserved and controlled remotely. As deployed in Spirent’s Sales Demonstration Lab, the Connect_ET system assists sales personnel to set up and execute remote product demonstrations.

The Connect_ET client application allows various demonstration configurations to be created, stored, recalled and automatically interconnected. This provides Spirent’s sales force with flexible remote demonstration capabilities, minimizing the need for human intervention in the lab itself. Connect_ET also helps streamline the management of a wide variety of test equipment providing resource management features, including equipment sharing, scheduling, and reservations and reporting.
